It's important to work with what you have.  Shoes can be expensive sometimes and so are some accessories but as a lady, with all the hawkers in town and thrift shops in most neighborhoods don't drain your finances in the name of looking good.

In both outfits, whether it's sunny or chilly, one can still stay fly and comfy without thinking of the hustle of carrying a sweater around.

Let's just put it out there - the shoes change the whole outfit! With heels on, it can pass for both day and evening wear. With flats, just day.
